The Public Utility Commission of Texas Substantive Rules 25.84(h) and 25.272(d)(4) and Sharyland's Code of Conduct require reporting deviations from the Code of Conduct when Sharyland employees are temporarily assigned to an affiliate or non-affiliated utility to assist in restoring power in the event of a major service interruption or to assist in resolving emergency situations affecting system reliability.
