The Public Utility Commission of Texas Substantive Rule 25.272(f)(2) and Sharyland's Code of Conduct require any discount, rebate, fee waiver, or alternative tariff terms and conditions for any product or service being offered by Sharyland to a competitive affiliate be made contemporaneously available, on a non-discriminatory basis, to all similarly situated non-affiliates.
